My, these Pokemon certainly are resilient, aren't they? You'd expect insects to do much worse against a bird made entirely out of sharp edges, but it seems as though they only ever get knocked unconscious.

How curious-though, I suppose this sport would be less popular if your Pokemon actually had a chance of dying. Nothing really works as you'd expect here, does it? Speaking of which-what exactly are the standards for that bug catching contest? Surely, a...

...Scyther would be more impressive than some sort of cocoon, wouldn't it? I didn't have much of an investment in the contest in the first place, but it's somewhat baffling.

I'd doubt it. Most of the leaders in this place aren't the brightest tools in the shed, and, given how they can't distinguish us from actual trainers seems to imply that we're either here by accident, that they're too dim to massively kidnap hundreds, or everyone is good at playing dumb. Though, team rocket might provide some interesting leads. Perhaps they're the masterminds, but that wouldn't explain why some people arrive in a location different from their base.

Oh, yes, most of the natives I've seen here seem absolutely useless. I agree that Team Rocket should be investigated as well... however, I think there's a problem in assuming that this theoretical individual would be easy to find.

I don't see how the Team Rocket leaders would be hard to find if you're a member of them. But that'd involve looking for someone in team rocket that'd be interested in infiltrating their ranks.
