NOT APPLICIBLE TO TST

As I was looking through my closet this morning and pondering upon what to wear, I stumbled upon something... actually, I'm not sure if it was there before or not, but there's now a door in there.

How very queer. It doesn't seem to want to open, either, and believe me, I've tried quite a few things to get it to do so. I'm really getting too old for this sort of thing.

I wonder what could be behind it? In all probability, I'd imagine it would be a clue.

...You've noticed that as well?

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:02 am (UTC)(link)
Hm! So it is happening to other people. I was wondering if everyone had run into this particular curiosity or it was just me.

It has appeared in my dresser as well.. though I don't know if it would be physically able to lead anywhere.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:11 am (UTC)(link)
Hmm. Perhaps it doesn't. It could have been a whimsical move on the part of the architect.

Perhaps... or it could be another strange occurrence here. I'm not entirely sure.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:18 am (UTC)(link)
Either way, it's quite odd. I hope they will eventually present explanations for themselves.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:31 am (UTC)(link)
Perhaps another contextless-clue?

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
That would be unfortunate. Hopefully, our next clue will have context.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:41 am (UTC)(link)
With all luck, I hope it will. These hints and occurrences with nothing to link them to are rather infuriating.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:48 am (UTC)(link)
I find they're a little more bearable over a cup of tea.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Perhaps taking the time for tea and conversation would help us lay all our clues out. Charlotte mentioned us all keeping notes and updating one another on what we witness.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:54 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, I've been thinking about that as well. I've already made notes of what hasn't worked to get the door open, at least.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 02:55 am (UTC)(link)
May I ask what you've tried?

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
Well, turning the handle was first, of course. When it didn't open, I tried picking the lock, but it was entirely ineffective. Ramming it only lead to a sore shoulder.

I haven't tried burning it down, for obvious reasons.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
Perhaps removing the hinges could be useful.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-17 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
...hmmm. I haven't tried that yet.

[identity profile] twice-onsundays.livejournal.com 2009-08-17 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
A crowbar could be of use as well. Anything to apply sufficient leverage.

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-17 09:20 pm (UTC)(link)
That shall go on the list of things to try as well! I'll call for one of the servants to bring me a crowbar, then.

[identity profile] subalary.livejournal.com 2009-08-16 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)
happen to Nill!

[identity profile] notrueking.livejournal.com 2009-08-17 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
Did it, now? How curious.

I wonder if it's happening to everyone?
