My, these Pokemon certainly are resilient, aren't they? You'd expect insects to do much worse against a bird made entirely out of sharp edges, but it seems as though they only ever get knocked unconscious.

How curious-though, I suppose this sport would be less popular if your Pokemon actually had a chance of dying. Nothing really works as you'd expect here, does it? Speaking of which-what exactly are the standards for that bug catching contest? Surely, a...

...Scyther would be more impressive than some sort of cocoon, wouldn't it? I didn't have much of an investment in the contest in the first place, but it's somewhat baffling.

I've fought some perfectly normal battles with a bird made entirely of sharp edges. One would think that it would be a bloodbath even if you didn't try anything out of the ordinary, but so far... no, I haven't been able to draw blood on anything, outside of cutting my finger as a test.
